Bonuzo is an in-house product developed by enock Studios, built with the goal of creating a digital loyalty experience that delivers value on both sides of the marketplace: for businesses and for their customers. The project served as both a real product and a framework to understand the complete lifecycle of building, launching, and scaling an app, from UX strategy and product structure to the production pipeline.
The challenge was rooted in the current state of digital loyalty programs. Most digital stamp cards offered a functional replacement for physical cards but failed to create a meaningful user experience. The interfaces often felt outdated, lacked engagement, and provided little additional value beyond replacing something that already worked.
Bonuzo was designed around a different approach: creating a system where both sides benefit. For customers, the experience was redesigned around engagement and motivation through gamification, transforming simple loyalty actions into a more rewarding interaction. Instead of passively collecting stamps, users receive a clearer sense of progress and a reason to return.
On the business side, the focus shifted from a simple loyalty tool into a data-driven platform. Clear analytics and insights allow businesses to better understand customer behaviour, track engagement, and create stronger relationships with their audience.
The project focused on building a complete product ecosystem, considering every stage required to bring an app from concept to production. From user flows and experience architecture to business requirements and scalability, Bonuzo became a practical exploration of how digital products can create value through thoughtful UX on both sides of the experience.
