Coach OS is an AI-powered football training platform built for coaches at every level. from grassroots clubs to professional academies. The platform automates session planning through a data-driven exercise library developed with sports scientists and certified coaches, generating individualised training units adapted to team size, pitch conditions, and performance level. The project required a complete design system built from the ground up: UX architecture refined from delivered wireframes, a full visual identity, and a marketing website, all designed as a cohesive whole.


The design is structured around the complexity it had to simplify. Coach OS handles significant depth. AI-generated plans, player tracking, squad management, live training mode and the central challenge was making that power feel effortless. The UX inherited from the wireframe stage was audited and restructured before any visual decisions were made, ensuring the architecture reflected how coaches actually think, not how a database is organised. The identity was built to sit at the intersection of technical precision and sporting energy: credible enough for a professional coach, approachable enough for an amateur managing a Sunday league side.


The result is a complete product world, identity, interface, and web presence, designed to scale with a platform whose ambition is to bring elite-level coaching intelligence to every club, on every pitch, regardless of budget or league.
